White Rose Agility

White Rose Agility is a competition agility club based in Halifax, West Yorkshire in England. There are normally about 20 members competing with dogs of all standards from Grade 1 to Grade 7 and at all heights: Small, Medium and Large.

White Rose Agility trains on Wednesday evenings only, and takes only handlers and dogs that are already competing in Kennel Club or equivalent standard shows. Members attend shows most weekends of the year - especially in the summer - and judge or ring party at many of them. As a club we believe firmly in having fun, and in putting something back into the sport that we all enjoy so much.

Currently there are no vacancies. Training is to KC regulations, eg up-contacts are trained as well as down-contacts.

Remember that there is no training next week - 23 December. There are enough of us wanting to train on 30 December for us to check with the venue that this will be okay - watch this space!!
From 6 January 2010 the class times will alter, as previously circulated. The Advanced Class will set up at 7.00pm and end at 8.30pm. There will then be a coffee break during which that evening's four instructors will have sole use of the equipment. The Novice Class will begin at 9.00pm and pack away at 10.00pm. If you are not sure which class your dogs are in, please get in touch with Brenda, Jan or Mike beforehand.
All that remains to be said is:
Happy Christmas - and may 2010 be filled with red rosettes for you all!!
